  • Excellent Pierogies! So many varieties to choose from! LOVE them! Delicious homemade kolaczki (my favorite are the raspberry filled)! The Homemade potica (nut roll) is a holiday favorite (place your order early)! Have been going to this place since they opened in Richfield when it was a tiny take and go shop. They recently opened up a restaurant next door. It is a much larger place but doesn't have comfortable practical seating. Orders are placed at the counter from a very limited pricy menu. We waited a long time for our meal to come out. The Pierogies were excellent but the rest of our food was cold and flavorless. The stuffed cabbage and cabbage and noodles were obviously frozen and had not been microwaved long enough. It was also very odd that the cabbage and noodles was served with bowtie pasta not traditional wide egg noodles. I have never seen that before. We also couldn't resist buying some kolaczki which were excellent and some potica which was stale (bad day? that's never happened before). The restaurant experience was not good. I can't recommend it. I won't go back to eat there. I do recommend stopping in and buying a few packages of the frozen Pierogies to cook at home. Get some kolaczki and potica too!!!
