| - I came in with my Maid of Honor to get my wedding nails done. This is the first and only time I will ever come here.
It started OK with me picking my nail color. I had an idea of what color I wanted and was trying to match from Pinterest and the lady helped me pick a color. First, she did the pedicure. I said I wanted rounded nails after she clipped them into a square shape. She then filed them a little rounder and then asked me if that was round enough. In my opinion they were still square so I said I would like them more round. She then gave me this dirty look because I wanted them rounder. Last I checked this was my pedicure. When she got almost done with the pedicure, I asked her to do a flower design on the big toe and she said in the most snarky tone "too late" since she was putting on the top coat. I was livid at this point, but I tried not to show it because my mom and Maid of Honor were there and I didn't want to make a big deal. Later, during the manicure, she asked me if I wanted a flower design. I assumed she was talking about my fingers, not my toes since she already said "too late" for them. But she was talking about my toes and then at that point explained that she needed the top coat to dry before she could do the design. It would have been nice if she would have explained this earlier instead of just saying "too late." I was so annoyed and was planning on not tipping her, but my mom paid for my mani/pedi...Honestly, all of these nail places are just mediocre, but the service and attitude of the person at this particular place prompted me to write a review. I probably would never go back anyway because I don't live in this area, but now I know to avoid this place at all costs. The mani/pedi was just OK, nothing special.
