ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL - STAY AWAY
Long term client (10+ years) and the last two experiences I've had have been horrible. Both times they've called with a list of things that need to be done to my late model, well maintained, rarely driven vehicle.
This most recent trip started with the service guy telling me I was having issues because I don't properly maintain my vehicle to which I responded perhaps you should go through your history before you start making statements like that which ended up with him stuttering and trying to come up with another explanation for the issue. The item I'd been having difficulty with had just been maintained and had been given the all clear. I had specifically requested that before any work be done on my vehicle they call with a quote. Well they did the work and then returned my call with a total and other suggested items. We went around and around and he finally agreed that they did the work without my authorization and agreed to not charge me (the bill was small but it was the point). He then encouraged me to get a second opinion.
Well I got a second opinion and guess what - the item I had an issue with is fine. Metro had unplugged the motor on it so I had to pay to get it plugged in again and have had zero issues with it since.
Needless to say, I will no longer be dealing with Metro. They are absolutely horrible. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!
