  • TERRIBLE. This company constantly under delivers. They are probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They constantly deliver the WRONG water bottles and consistently DO NOT EVEN deliver. Sometimes I will get less bottles then I am supposed to and sometimes I will get more and get over charged. They are impossible to answer the phone. They never call back and they are possibly the worst to speak to. They should be ashamed and they should get a 0 rating and be reported.
