  • Bought a pair of shorts too small, went back the next day to return them and they could not return because a tag fell off. So I went home, found the tag and brought them back and they said oh no, the tag is not attached, we can't return them. Mind you, all the other tags were attached and the shorts were still in perfect condition. All they had to do was attach it back with a little plastic thing that I should have brought back as well if I knew they were gunna act like this. They have zero customer service there and are very rude! I've NEVER had a problem returning an item before. Not even at a higher end store. It's ridiculous!
