rev:text	Wish I could give zero stars. I am sitting in a Zipps right now annoyed and angry. I've eaten at Zipps for years and about a year ago they stopped honoring my request for all "flat" wings. I was told by two different managers at two different locations that they had a strict policy to give 5 drums and 5 flats per order. Today for the third time in the last year since they created this "policy" they broke their own rules and served me 7 drums and 3 flats. When I informed the manager this was offensive they kept violating their own "policy" since they refuse to honor my request, I was told it has never been a policy. I'm done with lying Zipps.
