  • This was the absolute worst experience from start to finish and I cannot believe they are still in business. The job was to tile my newly purchased home, do a tile fireplace surround and baseboards. The job was quoted as a 6 day job, one day demo. First day the tile removal hammer broke, guys worked for about 3 hours then left saying they'd be back Monday, when I was told they would work Saturday too. In the end I got them to work Saturday, but once again the tool was broken so another few hours of work only. I was extremely frustrated to the point the project super rented the tool from Home Depot and got more of it done. Long story short, they do not hire licensed workers, they swap out teams constantly, they don't honor their timelines - 6 day job with 1 day demo turned into 12 day job, 10 day demo. Estimated materials were off by more than $1000 out of my pocket. Head of remodeling came to inspect the work, agreed it was a crap job, offered to fix it and give a monetary discount only to then say they were going to just go with a monetary discount. The company is irresponsible, not trustworthy and should be avoided at all costs. I will continue with my BBB complaint as well as ROC complaint. Stay far, far away!!!
