  • I hate Cox. Horrible customer service. Awful stability in their core deliverable. They always have their heads in the sand with plausible deniability. Under the Uniform Code of Commercially their product should be able to perform the functions for which it is sold. It however is unreliable and does not offer a dependable solution. And guess what... they really don't give a shit. Thank you for being a loyal customer of 33 years! B.S.! Please. Please find a different solution. This is a fleecing of America. The Fat Cats at Cox need to get their hands dirty and understand how shitty their offering is.
