  • Now, THIS is how to run a restaurant. Seriously, I'm NOT being sarcastic. I ordered an Ultimate Reuben, and it arrived cold, nearly ten minutes after every one else at our table was served! Must have been forgotten in the kitchen. The server took it back to have it reheated in the oven. Five minutes later, I tried it (four bites), and it was rubbery because of being reheated, gristly, and sliced too thick. I wasn't charged for the sandwich and was given a take-out slice of strudel for free. Not a great experience, but this is an example of how a restaurant should TRY to make things right!!! Sometimes, stuff happens. The four stars are because I've been here before and have loved the food. The Jager Schnitzel is to-die-for. Should have ordered THAT tonight!
