  • These clowns were sent out originally by my home warranty company. They mismatched my filter housing to replace the bottom half which was cracked. After checking on my pool 2 days later, DE was blowing into my pool and come to find out they cracked my plastic filter manifold because they didnt properly seat my filter when putting the housing back together and forced it together, which in turn also caused my 2 mo old filter panels to tear. $150 later, I replaced and fixed the issues they caused. When called back out because the housing they mismatched is leaking and doesn't line up properly, they completely denied the issue despite visibly seeing the leak between housing, blamed the algea growing in my now inoperable pool, then told me my filter manifold wasnt broken and they did no such thing while laughing at me, and offered to charge me $ to drain my pool rather than fix it so it works properly. Incompetent, rude and they'll cost you $. Beware!
