rev:text	I was excited to try CRAVE on my recent business trip to Las Vegas due to some great reviews I had read of it. I'll have to say that it generally lived up to the hype. With that said, I would not leave the Strip to experience CRAVE -- but if you're in the suburban area around it, it's a wonderful choice for a delicious dinner in a trendy casual place with friendly service. The menu is varied with many options including a sushi menu. To some extent, for better and for worse, it feels like a Cheesecake Factory type menu with lots of variety in the cuisine types but at a high degree of quality. I chose the fried calamari at the server's suggestion, and accompanied it with hot marinara. I love any calamari that is freshly battered and not too greasy, and this more than met the test. I really liked the crunchy corn meal batter. I also had the steak sliders for my dinner since I was not too hungry, and I enjoyed them a lot. I wasn't a big fan of the sauce on them, but the steak itself was juicy, tender and came in large chunks on the Hawaiian sweet bread. My friend had the sushi roll and enjoyed it. Jordan was our server, and our whole table loved him. He was sweet, sincere, and made great recommendations that demonstrated his knowledge and experience of the menu.
