  • The line at another rental car company where I had pre-reserved was exceedingly long so I decided to look elsewhere for a shorter line. There was no line at E-Z. I had originally planned to rent a compact car and was told they were out. The quote for a mid-size was quite a bit higher, and above my budget. I asked for a discount and they dropped the price down significantly. While still a bit higher than I had planned to spend, I was rented a new mid-sized car in great condition. They don't get 5 stars because I'm still waiting to receive the receipt by email that I was informed I would receive when I returned the car.
