  • When I'm out of town I hate to eat at the same place twice. However, the way their customer service, food, and convenience was set up I was there about 2-3 times! I stayed at the Luxor hotel and this was just steps away! Each time I went I went to the bar as it was a quicker wait. They started us off with chips and salsa and although I was hungry I wasn't impressed with either the chips or salsa. I did the shredded chicken tacos with the Alambre taco. Oh my goodness, they were freaking amazing! Then if you ask them for hot sauce they have that behind the bar as well, which really set the tacos off. Our waiter was Gilbert and he was great! Not only was he friendly but when I came back the next day he recognized me and greeted me, even though he wasn't my waiter! It's small things like that that make customer service great.
