  • Finally, found a plumber I can trust. I needed to have a few bibs replaced. Rich answered my calls and texts very quickly. He scheduled me ASAP. He gave me a quote and a time to start the work. Called me to let me know he was enroute and on time. He was very friendly and personable. He explained exactly what he was going to do and got to work. One of bibs was going to be tricky, but now looks perfect. When he was done he ask me to inspect his work, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. He cleaned up the after himself. Time for bill. Which I thought was going to be more than the quote, due one of the items being a difficult install. NOPE, Rich is a professional and old school, his word is his bond. The bill was what he quoted. Plumber that shows up on time, and gets the job. I am a satisfied customer. I will not lose this guy's business card.
