| - I have done business with banks, credit unions and savings and loans my entire adult life, forty plus years. Never in that time, or at any financial institutions have I encountered the high level of unprofessional treatment, incompetence and ignorance that I faced when opening a account at Nevada State Bank. From the Account specialist, to the Assistant Manager, to their IRA Department. After initially opening the account, I was asked 2 additional times to return to the bank, in order to sign additional paperwork to complete the transaction.
If it were possible to move the funds, I would do so in a heart beat, but unfortunately I am told it would be expense to do so. Y'all have the opportunity to learn from my mistake, if you are planning to do business with this institution.
