  • I can be honest and tell you they never allowed me to even do a trial because the assistant of the manager was extremely rude and I was unable to even book at all. I was planning to spend 1000+ and asked them as an out of town bride to book me in the next month in a 6 block period to fit me in a trial before booking to just make sure I liked the makeup. While the manager Rob seemed nice, his assistant was the only rude person I have come across on this entire wedding journey of 50 vendors I have talked to. She refused to try to make room for a trial a month away, even at 6 am if I was willing to. She proceeded to tell me why are you so anxious? After just telling me there was limited availability. I explained I enjoy makeup and wanted to just make sure I felt my most beautiful prior to event and I love makeup, she then said "why don't you just do your own makeup then?" She was the most unprofessional, rude person and I thank to God that I wound up finding this out before the day. I meanwhile spoke to makeup 702 and they were so nice and accommodating I also received a condescending email later after I spoke with her manager from the same girl basically begging me not to write this review because she didn't understand what she did wrong. Your wedding day you should have happy people around you, I am the furthest from a bridezilla and I felt other brides considering this company should know my experience despite how good their makeup may be.
