  • TERRIBLE!!! Rooms filthy especially the carpets, we stayed 4 days and the carpets were not vacuumed once. Dust on headboards, lamps, dresser. Elevators dirty with sticky floors, same debris in front lobby for 4 days. Ice machine not working on third floor, long way on 2nd floor to get some. NO stoppers in either the tub or sink, just the old rubber kind (unsanitary) Grout missing in bathroom floor, carpet tack nails exposed so watch your step or pay the painful price. I would rather stay at Motel 6 for 44.95 and have it clean and have someone who cares about your satisfaction rather than the way we we treated by the staff and the hotel manager himself. They were going to change us to another room and we wanted to check out before moving (this was at 7PM at night). The room had not been seen by housekeeping from the prior occupants..dirty, beds not made, trashall over the room, towel on bathroom floor, carpets were the same nasty condition as our floor!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE SORRY.
