  • I do really like these guys once you get them on the phone. They are super nice and helpful. It can be a quite long and complicated process to get through to a human. Their website is a little confusing and not terribly helpful if you are a customer. I find it almost impossible to locate a doctor. The ability to do this is completely outside their site. Additionally, it was very very challenging to get dental insurance and the card to go with it. I had to do a lot of research and make a lot of calls. The experience of a customer to get properly signed up with this insurance is cumbersome and confusing. They could really use some improvements in this area.
