  • Check in was a breeze and the staff were friendly. It was the doctor that treated us poorly. My son has injured his hip and had been in pain the night before. When the doctor asked him what happened she cut him off while he was talking. She did the same to me. She did not ask did we need a doctors doctor's note for school which the average doctor would ask when seeing a minor. She rushed us out after she told us about his xray results. She said he was not to run or kick or anything. When when we checked out I said he needs a dr.s note for school and they said you have to ask the Dr. When I turned she the Dr was there talking it up with a fellow staff member she rushes through the note. Today we realize she did not put the restrictions on there for school! So she rushes us out just so she could talk and laugh with a staff member?? She also told us my son does have a tear or possibly some sort of fracture but gave no instructions on how to care for the injury besides no kicking or running. She was so abrupt and rushed us. The place wasn t full. There may have been three other patients there and she rushes us out to chat it up with staff. I will not be taking my children here again and just go to a hospital.
