  • Our 2004 Kia Sorento, the ole gray mare as I like to call her, had sit for a couple months without being ran and the positive battery cable had literally corroded and fused to the terminal and basically melted off from the heat and corrosion! Love the AZ heat! So I either had to tow it to a shop or get someone to fix it. Well I did my Google search and saw Genie Mobile Auto Repair had 5 star ratings on both Google and Yelp. So I gave Chris a call. He responded quickly and came to my place to take a look at the SUV. He gave me the "dealer" option which is to replace everything with new parts (way too many $$$$) and then another option that effectively solved the problem for a fraction of the cost. Bam! Given the miles and age of the vehicle, he knew how to give me a solution that fit the need. Perfect. Totally recommend Chris and his service. Oh and he communicates well, what a concept! Haha. Great job will use again.
