First of all these sales people don't care about your needs/wants, they push to sell whatever they are trying to get rid of. Right off the back I was told that I couldn't get the car I wanted then proceeded to get me in to the versa. Which by the way are the number one car in traffic deaths. Being a parent my kids' safety is my number one priority when buying a vehicle. So after having the versa for nearly a week I decided I really did not feel safe. Since I had not signed the final contract due to them still trying to get an approval from a bank I decided that I really did not want the car. So I took it back and the pompous sales manager with the Louis Vuitton satchel (man purse) would just keep saying "that's not an option!" I handed the keys over and demanded my refund after THREE other sales managers tried very hard to get me to keep it and a long week of going back and fourth with them I demanded to see the highest manager on staff. When finally Nick came down to see us, we explained the entire situation, he immediately gave me my refund without any further questions. These people are sharks especially during the clear out sales they don't see you as people with families, all they see is the $$$ signs above your head! I would never send someone to a shark tank. Stay away! That ONE star is for the GM alone!
