As with any company things are bound to happen. Their sales people were always prompt and responded to every question; unfortunately, when it comes to "warranty" they are less than responsiveness. I have tried calling, and I have tried emails (who refer to calling) to get this fixed through the warranty period. I was hoping the fact they were an Arizona company, small business, that they would respond, but sadly appears this is something I will have to live with.
6-months in they started to crack and splinter on the top shutter.
