  • We had to call Tiger because our Bosch dishwasher broke down after only a year. The technician, Tom, was awesome. He immediately found the problem - a defect and called his local Bosch rep. to get some warranty answers. He took tons of photos - which helped us with our claim. It took awhile with Bosch but we are getting a brand new dishwasher thanks to the help of Tiger Mechanical. Barb, who answers the phones and schedules the appointments was a great help as well. She emailed me whatever I needed to provide to Bosch, invoice and photos. Great company, excellent customer service, will definitely use in the future and recommend to family and friends.
