  • Would not recommend if you expect friendly and personable service . Starts with the Dr. Trista and she is far from that of friendly . Very rude does not acknowledge the parents when entering room. The front desk girls need to be trained better on being thorough in explaining matters and phone manners . (Example ) Front desk girls call day before my son appointment to confirm around 9ish leaves voicemail to call to confirm by 12pm that day or appointment will be cancel . Okkk... I'm at work first thing in morning and cannot get back to confirm until 1 . I called repeatedly no answer and left voicemails no calls back . Still attempted after work and voicemail is full. I call next morning and they finally call back . Nicole' has to clean their mess up needless to say I assumed it was canceled and it was to late to change plans again . And they said they had me on texts to confirm and instead they had mad my wife which never even came to office before because I have more flexibility and they said that default because mom normally handle lol but they never met mom nor has my wife received a text . If it wasn't for Nicole the officer manager who tends to clean the Dr's Trista mess up either from being rude or not explaining things . (Example) Dr is talking to me with her back turned or didn't give me my options just really the one that the insurance will pay the most for ... says my child needs a silver cap and nerve therapy but exhibit excessive decay so it may not last without educating me . Which the cap doesn't last 6months ...now it's fault ... saying he ate something hard . Caps shouldn't come loose like that in that time period . Now she says I have to redo this and it's out of pocket . Doesn't give me option to pull the tooth out until I ask Nicole to explain things and educated me . In which I would have had the tooth pull from beginning seeing it's a molar and a baby tooth in which My insurance would have paid but that's less money for Dr Trista . That's as shady as it gets . From a parent point of view you should give all options especially on baby teeth . I must admit the establishment is clean and but the Dr Tristas attitude makes it a Dump . I'm big on customer service . After these finals repairs we are done .
