rev:text	We are so disappointed. We hired Frank who was highly recommended by a neighbor. He was very responsive in the beginning. Unfortunately, once the cabinets were installed and paid for, he became impossible to contact. While things looked fine initially, once we had a day to look at them in the light they were not. We had chipped paint, unfinished edges, cracked wood, etc. - overall a very sloppy job. He had promised to come back for touch ups on installation day. He suddenly became too busy and we waited over two months. When he finally came back and we presented a list with 30-40 specific issues, he spent about an hour doing very little - mostly covering scratches and chips with little white stickers or a white pen. We expected him to spend hours so we stepped out for 45 minutes to get breakfast. He was gone when we returned with none of the work done. It then took another month to get him to return an email. He apologized and finally returned to repaint all our doors and shelves. Of course, he failed to remember to bring the wood to replace the cracked drawer and his guys ended up scratching and scuffing even more. They left a huge thumb print in one freshly painted door which he said he would have to replace. He said he would return in two weeks. That was over two months ago and we haven't heard back from him. We have emailed, texted, and called multiple times. Do not trust him. If you do, DO NOT pay until you are completely satisfied. He will tell you he is happy to fix anything, but you may never see him again unless you are willing to go to court. We are so sad and disappointed to save up money for years to redo our kitchen and now have someone we trusted completely ruin the experience. It has been incredibly stressful. The work is average at best and the attention the detail is so complexly lacking it is amazing anyone comes away happy. He may be a nice guy, but this is no way to run a business. Update 5/20/18: Still no response from Frank. Now out hinges are coming lose because he didn't use enough screws. Cut every corner possible.
