  • Wow! Didn't go here for a long time, because I didn't want to get sucked into another BBQ place that claims good, authentic BBQ. Now I'm upset I waited soooo long to try it. Started with some great warm cornbread. Perfect size for a pre-meal snack...and just the right amount of sweetness. I ordered the 3-meat combo, for only $3 more than the 2-meat...great value! I weigh in at 315lbs...and I didn't even GET to the 3rd meat - way too full. I got brisket as one of the meats - honestly, tasted like it was right off the smoker...that's NEVER the case in BBQ joints, it's always dry and flavorless by the time it gets to the table - not here folks, may as well been eating it right from the pit. Very impressive. Sides: hats off to the Chef, FINALLY...a BBQ place that has crafted their sides to be as good as their meats. And a special mention...the mac & cheese had great flavor! I also got the corn...tremendous. Can't wait to come back to try the other sides... Energetic atmosphere, great staff, and tremendous food at a good value. Thank You!!!
