  • We called out ACLV a year or so ago and they we're great to deal with. They had great information and we're honest about all of our questions and answers. At that time it was just a quote but our AC was fine. We had a break down this winter and ACLV was the first place I called. We got them and about 5 other companies to come out for quotes. ACLV came in right in the middle with prices. The difference though in companies and professionalism was crazy. ACLV talked to me, not at me or like I was 2. They explained every unit and service they would provide. Boy what a difference then 90% of the rest of the companies. I came back and asked for a few changes from one unit to another and ACLV had no problem accommodating plus a great deal. On the day of install they work so hard to get everything done quickly and completely to the best standards. Our installer was awesome and the craine operator was perfect. It was not easy to get around all our trees and neighbors too. No problem at all for him though. We have had the unit on the house for about 2 months and it has been working perfectly. Even our power bills have been down. So greatful for Mike and his crew of wonderful workers.
