I should start with the fact that I dread going to car dealerships, but I truly had a great experience here. We went on Sunday and purchased a used car from the salesman, Ben. On Monday, the AC wasn't acting right and we knew the dealership had a 7 day satisfaction policy that allowed one to "exchange" a car. On Monday, I called Ben and explained the issue and he offered me to bring the car in on Tuesday and have it looked at. I explained that I work and am a bit apprehensive of bringing a car in and not having the issue resolved. The AC stopped working twice while driving it and then started working shortly after so I was fearful that the issue wouldn't get resolved due to the intermittent timing of the AC going out and I wouldn't know if it was fixed or not and then left with a potential AC issue in the future. Anyway, Ben allowed us to return the car and get a new car at the same deal that they had offered on the new car the day before. Before anyone begins to think that they were making more money, I tend to believe they weren't as we were buying the "super cheap basic car" seen in newspaper ads. We're talking a new car for $12,400 or something real close to that. Went in and completed the paperwork and Ben and the other employees were just as polite and efficient as they were the day before. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ben!
