  • I recently moved to Dr. Nishita Ondhia's dental practice and I'm sure glad I made the change! Upon stepping foot inside their state of the art facility you are greeted with a warm smile from the reception desk. The reception area is comfortable and welcoming, as are the faces of the staff who work there. Whether you are a walk-in or a regular, they know how to assess your needs and are more than willing to help you better understand how you can improve your dental health. From my experience, they are also good with keeping appointments on time. I personally love that Dr. Ondhia has a qualified and personable team who quickly get to know you over just a few visits. Whatever procedure you're in for, whether it's a simple cleaning, an x-ray or a filling, the staff do an excellent job in helping the patient feel comfortable and safe. I was also glad to find out that their office administration fully mediates my bills and payments with my insurance company. You'd be surprised how many dental practices still refuse to do this for their patients. They also give me an update of my coverage and leftover balance upon request and it saves me so much time and needless paperwork. If you're still looking for a dental practice or are thinking of moving, give Bloor West Dental a shot, especially if you're in the area. You won't regret it! Dr. Ondhia is a knowledgeable, experienced, good-humoured dentist who cares about every patient who walks into her practice. From my observation, they seem to be really great with kids too! Highly recommend!
