| - Tuesday morning we arrived at Mandalay Bay to visit the Shark Reef, we had MyVegas reward vouchers so we brought them to the girl checking tickets, she told us they weren't "tickets" and we had to go turn the vouchers in at the ticket booth down the escalators, funny because the woman at the MLife desk never mentioned that, but ok, back down the escalators we go. We waited in line for 10 minutes while the guy behind the glass waited on the two people in front of us. Our turn, we go up, hand the vouchers and our IDs over, he looked absolutely miserable the ENTIRE time, we barely even got a hello from him and that was it until the end of the transaction when he said "Sign this." That was it! No other interaction from him at all, seriously dude, if you're THAT unhappy with your job, go somewhere else and be a miserable loser. The reef itself was ok, there was one gator, a Komodo dragon, a couple snakes, a bunch of different fish, a huge tank with different species of sharks, a jellyfish tank and a touch tank. The place does not have air conditioning, or atleast it didn't a few days ago when we were there, so not only was it PACKED with people, it was hotter than hell in there. It's also pretty small, there were parts of the place that were hard to move through onto the next "exhibit" because of over crowding. Not worth the money, spend it on a slot machine!
