  • There service department is an absolute joke. They don't return calls, they don't communicate. They tell you that your repairs will be done by a certain date and then they aren't and they can't even call you to tell you or return your phone calls. I can't speak for their sales department but their service department LACKS SERVICE! I am taking my complaint past leaving a review and am trying to reach a supervisor. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any kind of repair/service company. It really isn't that difficult to pick up a phone and communicate with a client.
