  • I come here often because I collect dolls and usually TRU has exclusives of certain dolls I'm interested in. The customer service here is good BUT it all goes down hill around holiday time (Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Christmas). During that time a lot of temporary seasonal employees are hired and some of them are totally clueless about toys, try to avoid customer contact as much as possible and are just plain rude.
