Liked the original location at the Clarendon and love Otro. The location was nice. Love to see the addition to the Garfield District and what it means for the community. The asthetics were good.
Didn't like the ordering setup. I know they have full service at the bar, but still. It took us 30 minutes to get a table. Ordering at the counter was clunky with a few parties ahead of us. Three of us were called up within a few minutes. Maybe have two people at the counter to take orders to speed up things? The food was good, but over priced. $48 for two beers, some corn (elote), and a taco platter? The elote was $7 for one husk of corn. We walked away feeling like we didn't get good value.
I applaud the initiative, the location, and the taste, but the logistics will not have us coming back until a change is made.
