  • Nice folks but...... We brought or golden doodle in for an emergency visit as she had eaten some coco powder. Exam was great docs where great but we where suggested to be cautious to buy some charcoal to dilute and clean our pups digestive track- 4 bottles even though our dog had vomited up most of the material and was acting normal. OK we love our dog and would have paid almost anything to make sure she was OK. 244 dollars later including 190.00 in charcoal. Our dog did not need that much medication and the cost was over 3 times the average price of reputable on-line sellers for the same exact UPC. They would not let us return the unused, unopened bottles or willing to match the on-line prices. They where totally unwilling to work with us. This price gouging to a client that was desperate to help their dog was down right unethical and says a lot about their business office, Sad.
