  • Cassandra is a nice girl, I really liked her, I think she was great with the time allotted per appointment. However the rest is not great. Hair quality is crappy, went from brunette to an odd shade of yellow over 6 months. I asked about the situation during my "lifts" and the answers were always vague and kind of deflective such as "what I was doing wrong" "or my water quality". I even get my hair blown out at Dry Bar every once and a while and random stylists there would point out the hair quality. Only 60 strands yet extensions were too heavy for my baby fine hair. Lost a ton of links. I honestly think if I still used their services I would have slowly and surely went bald. Every time I asked How my natural hair was the response was "great"! I have an after picture and it's disturbing. Let's just say after my first set of hair became unmanageable I sought a new stylist who is more experienced with fine hair, now have 100 strands and now doing better then ever. I had lost a solid 5 inches of my original hair because of the thick strands and "lifts". Unfortunate but I guess that's what you get for being in and out in an hour with subpar hair quality. It was my first extension experience and I can say lesson well learned.
