  • This is the perfect place to get a sushi fix when you don't feel like (or don't have time for) a full-on traditional sushi meal. Choose from seaweed, soy paper or tortilla wrapper. Then get it filled with delicious fresh sushi goodness such as spicy tuna, tempura shrimp, tobiko, grilled salmon, cucumber, avocado or other non-traditional sushi toppings such as pico de gallo, chipotle mayo, tomatillo sauce and guacamole. They really cram these sushi burritos full of stuff, no skimping going on here. There are small portion and appropriately priced sides like seaweed salad, edamame and bags of seasoned taro chips. Flavors are bold and ingredients are fresh. Nothing on the menu has disappointed. The Twin Dragon is particularly good, but if you don't fancy one of the menu options you can get creative and build your own. Just about the perfect fast-casual lunch spot. Once you try this you may have a hard time going back to Chipotle. Addictive, but thankfully light on the wallet. More locations please. Summerlin needs sushi burrito love too!
