  • If I could give this place zeros stars I would. The service was more of a waste of time. I need to pull money from my account but it was outside of the tellers authorization and the person that could authorize left early for the day. So the teller was going to call another bank but instead started doing other things that were not what I asked. By the time she decides to call of course everything's closed and there's nothing I can do. Worst bank ever immnot sure why I decided to bank with them in the first place. Not to mention they like charging me for unnecessary things when they can. I will not be banking with Bank of America anymore. What a joke
