  • This location doesn't even deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service, Rishi, Suleman and the night shift agent who didn't give his name. Wrong class of car. No response back from staff after promising a new car. I NEED a 7 pax car for a road trip !! Not a 5 pax that will not help me !!! It has been 2 days. Car price was more than affordable. But the service and blatant disregard to customer service is UNACCEPTABLE. Definitely making a complaint with the BBB. They are thieves for charging one price and not offering the product.
