  • The office staff is absolutely ridiculous. In particular, Crystal A. could use a few lessons in customer service. I called to schedule an appointment, as I have been a patient the past several years. I had an emergency, and unforeseen circumstance and I had to cancel my appointment. When I called to reschedule I was told by Crystal that I needed to find another dentist because I failed to give a 24 hour cancellation notice. She continued to talk over me and her tone was very demeaning. Please do not waste your time going here. This is the 2nd encounter Ive had with Crystal and her rudeness is unheard of.
