rev:text	I usually go over to the Happy Valley location but I wanted to bring my mother into one closer to her house so I could show how great it is! We walk in, she got her complimentary wax, and by the time we left she was embarrassed to go out in public. The woman did not shape her brows or fill them in right. The point wasn't there, the wrong colour was used to fill in (if you can even say it was filled in), and they didn't even trim her eyebrows. All in all it took maybe 6 minutes when they usually take their time to ask if it was okay. My mother even told the woman to make the ends point, make them thinner, etc, but she didn't listen. I totally get the "well it's a free wax" argument, but my mother wanted to see if it was worth the money. And now she's refusing to go back. The front desk woman was very sweet and so were the other girls. But just the fact that the esthetician let someone walk out of there with the bad eyebrow job she did on my mom blows my mind.
