  • Rainbow Vet is AMAZING. Their staff are so great and I've always been so happy with the care my dog and cat have received here. Dr. Alcorn is my vet and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. (Dr. Mitchell seems great too, I just haven't had that much experience with her.) I have a 12 year old Siberian Husky, Shyenne, who's pretty illness-prone and Dr. Alcorn has always taken care to find out what's wrong and treat it as quickly as possible. She's performed a couple of surgeries on Shyenne and they've always gone according to plan and have cost as much as the estimate said. When Shyenne began to have seizures while we were on the other side of the country, Dr. Alcorn spoke to me on the phone and did her best to keep up to date with blood work etc until we were able to get back to Cleveland. After I adopted my cat I began taking her to Dr. Alcorn as well and have been so happy with the service I receive. Aside from the actual care we've received Rainbow provides detailed invoices and records, so you're always able to go back and figure out exact what happened and when. They work with my pet insurance company as well, which is really great. They always call you with test results and updates when they say they will and the office is always clean and inviting. No complaints! Rainbow Vet is the best.
