They say that they are opened at 7 so I sent my boyfriend to replace his flat before work and no one was there at 7:25am. I know it's early but some people only have that small window of time to get errands done. I'm sorry but it just seems a little unprofessional.
Update: My boyfriend had to walk to work because the tire he needed wasn't in stock (07 mustang tires doesn't seem to be rare but I can't speak much about that). When the car was done, they called but didn't leave a message so we had to go check ourselves. Luckily it was done but the guy didn't even seem to care. All he did was explain that he had to come in because the other guy got into a car accident and that the technicians are there around 7 or 7:30am. Why bother putting your operation hour as 7 if it might be 7:30? The convenience of 7am is what brought us there. Anyway, I work in the service industry so an apology would have made a world of a difference but none came out of the employees mouth. He had an attitude of "whatever, not my issue".
We will never come back. Some may think that it's not a big deal but if a business doesn't portray even the slightest bit of customer empathy, I can't give my money to that company.
