  • This was absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had! The tech, obviously very inexperienced inflicted pain on me and didn't understand English. The woman I presume to be the owner or manager did my polish and did an awful job! I asked to just have the tips done with a silver line below, the way I always get them polished. She told me it couldn't be done because I had bad toes in reality I have small toenails and she couldn't do what I asked! She proceeded to polish anyway and made a mess, tips uneven and even leaving polish on my skin. When I asked if she could clean them up and remove the line is when she got extremely rude and unprofessional! The way she was speaking to me was so insulting I got up without allowing her to put the top coat of clear polish on and she still charged me $27.00 This woman should not be in the customer service industry. The experience was so bad I intend to contact the better business burea and will see to it that she will never treat anyone else as bad as she treated me!!!
