  • Walked in staff wasn't very helpful or caring about customer service. When your charging almost $4 a cupcake customer service should be A plus. Especially, when not even my kids would eat the cupcakes. The cupcake was very dry and had a salty finish. The icing wasn't very good either, I have had better at Giant Eagle. Just not what I expected for a almost $4 cupcake.
