I have been to Yoga Unlimited a few times using the Groupon deal. They have a good sized facility and their prices are very fair.
FIRST IMPRESSION: When I first came to this studio (last year) the man working at the front desk was less than pleasant. He wasn't mean or rude. But he was not even trying to be welcoming. For some people this wouldn't be an issue, but it was for me. As a result of those first impressions, I was hesitant to tell others about the place knowing they might get the same gruff treatment. The last few times I have been there, there has been a very friendly woman at the reception area. I hope she is a regular addition.
CLASSES: They offer a variety of classes in the morning and afternoon. Variety is really their strength. They have classes for early beginners to more advanced practitioners. They also have a number of "yoga fusion" classes. It's a non-threatening way to try a few different forms in a safe environment.
INSTRUCTORS: The first classes I attended at the studio were led by an amazing teacher. I went back looking for him, but he was gone. In his place, I found that there was a new crop of teachers at Yoga Unlimited. There was some shifting in class schedules for a time, but I attribute that to personnel adjustments. Since adding a number of instructors and establishing a consistent class schedule, things have settled
down a bit. The online schedule is consistent week to week and it gives you a little blurb about each class. I have found the instructors to be strong. They are a knowledgeable group.
OVERALL: It's a nice place to practice. The first class is free, so try it and see if you like it.
