  • Steve Sears is absolutely the best ! He is friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional. His right arm, Mary Jean, is always there with an answer to my question and, on the rare occasion she has to get clarification, she never fails to call back! I have never felt pressure to buy insurance I didn't need/want and feel they have always given me options. When I called to insure a new car I had just purchased, Steve asked me if I had financed the vehicle (I had) and he let me know about State Farm Bank. There was no pressure. He told me to give them a call to see if they could save me any money on the interest rate. A five minute phone call saved me 1 1/2%. I was grateful!!! I highly, highly, highly recommend Steve Sears State Farm. I feel like I am always treated like family! Thanks Steve and Mary Jean!!!
