  • I had originally used PPC when I first bought my home. They are always very polite and usually punctual unless they have had an issue at a previous location; they usually call and let me know. Earlier in the year I did discontinue but when I had an issue they came right out and could not have been nicer. I had to wait for a time for an open slot do to a busy schedule that day but Charles was great!!!!! And we are back on schedule again even with the annoying calls. But I have found if I ask that I can return their call when I know my schedule better I don't get called as much. Thank you again for coming to my aid.
