  • Michael wanted four weeks payment up front before meeting the child student. Music is studied and formed via human connection, if the student and teacher should potentially have no connection within those private lessons, then being in a small room for an hour each lesson would not breed success. Surely a single paid lesson in advance is a good basis to greet new clients and then go from there. Alas, This was not a choice. Michael might well be wonderful but he should first trust his abilities when accepting new students. So we passed.
