  • Just received the worst service in a long time with truck rental company ! Looked up a U-Haul on website which directed me to this StorageOne location. When i arrived at the office, a gentleman outside pointed at some trucks available outside that all disappeared all of sudden once inside. When questionning that person about availability on website, the answer was "whats your point?" " I am telling you they are all reserved" "you are looking at U-Haul and we are Storage One!" When i dared saying that both U-haul and StorageOne reservation systems should be synced , the answer was "have a good day!" Well, my day will be just fine, but i will make sure that everyone knows about the managment rudness ar this location !
