  • As a first time user of services like massage and physiotherapy, this place has clearly hired excellent practitioners to facilitate a smooth, friendly and efficient experience. I started out with massages with Andrea for a rotator cuff problem, picking her by reading the bios and treatment experiences of each RMT on the website. She's genuinely kind, listens to my concerns, adjusts and tailors the treatment throughout the session and always explains what the session will run through beforehand (which was very anxiety relieving for a first timer. On top of that she's always quick to offer different kinds of stretches for me to take away and use. You can really tell she loves doing what she does and truly cares for her clients well being. I'm left kicking myself because I only have so much in insurance each year for massage! I was then recommended by Andrea to see one of the physiotherapists they have, Humza. He treated me for my rotator cuff injury and later a badly sprained ankle. I can honestly say that this man goes completely above and beyond for his clients even with a jam packed schedule. Some of my healing was time sensitive and even though he didn't have to, he made every possible treatment I had quick, efficient and I always left well stocked up on exercises that will not only aid my healing, but strengthen my problem areas. He is full of knowledge but also listens and adjusts to your concerns. He's attentive, but also knows when to push me to achieve my goals. I cannot express how much I recommend his service!! A bonus is their easy to use online booking system too. I definitely will be a long time client!
